EQUIFY

Equify Group develops and holds multifamily build-to-rent communities in South Texas’s Rio Grande Valley, a high-growth market most institutional investors have yet to discover. As a newer firm with a distinctive deal structure, Equify needed a brand that would make an emerging opportunity read as calculated, disciplined and institutional-caliber. Discover Equify.

EQUIFY – hero image

Project Scope

Day3 built Equify’s brand strategy around one idea: disciplined, institutional investing in high-value markets before they’re widely discovered. We distilled that into the tagline “See what others don’t.” The identity centers on a “Q” split by a horizontal bar that extends beyond its frame, marking the line between visible and hidden opportunity. A wide modern serif, deep navy tones, and architectural textures complete the system. It carries through business cards, LinkedIn banners, a brochure and investor presentations built for family offices and institutional partners.
